Chicago based Transwestern team Romanek Properties Ltd. decided to sell its portfolio of 12 buildings located around Neil Street. This was a commercial transaction, not too related to the residential stuff that I do, but I thought I’d let you know since I am reporting on Chicago real estate transactions, investments and general news.
